Village Bagel didn't start with a business plan. It started with a question: why doesn't our town have a place that feels like home, where the coffee is strong and the bagels are made like someone actually cares?
So we built it. Every bagel is hand-rolled right here in Gypsum — boiled, baked, and served the same day. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who treat every batch like a craft, and our counter is open to anyone who needs a moment of warmth in their day.
Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast before work or settling in with a book and an everything bagel, this is your village. This is your bagel.

I've been coming here every morning for six months. The staff knows my order before I do, and the everything bagel with strawberry chipotle cream cheese has ruined every other bagel shop for me.
